With a degree in aeronautical engineering and deep background UAV&Aircraft design and training delivery, Ruhul Amin Rana established Avion Drone Academy as a Subsidiary of Avion Aerospace Group to fill a critical gap in Bangladesh’s drone‑education ecosystem. He is the first Bangladeshi to hold an Industrial UAV Pilot License from CAAC- Civil Aviation Authority of China and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association- AOPA and also holds the FAA sUAV Pilot Certificate. Ruhul completed his Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh CAAB-approved instructor training at Arirang Flying Academy and has 11 years of UAV experience, including as a UAV Flight Instructor in a Chinese Government UAV training Academy- Liaoning General Aviation Academy. External Curriculum Committee member of Aviation and Aerospace University Bangladesh-AAUB for masters in autonomous System Development. Aerospace &UAV consultant of Military Institute of Science & Technology-MIST. At Avion Drone Academy he oversees curriculum development and key training modules such as drone delivery, inspection services, FPV and VTOL systems.

He is a UAV Instructor with experience in special operations and high-risk tactical missions, training pilots in advanced drone operations, mission planning, and threat assessment. His expertise includes close protection support, convoy surveillance, weapons and CQC fundamentals, and hostile environment awareness. Certified by the U.S. Diplomatic Security Service, he teaches crisis response, explosives incident countermeasures, and post-blast procedures, while emphasizing critical thinking, adaptive strategies, and decisive problem-solving under pressure.
Md Mofiz Uddin is Ex Airforce officer, Republic of Bangladesh, served as a senior instructor of Aero Engineering training squadron, has dynamic training and managerial working experience in top flying academies in Bangladesh. FAA sUAS pilot competency Certificate
Md Selim is an aeronautical engineer with extensive experience in UAV operations, specializing in training and UAV simulators. He has successfully conducted training programs for government personnel, equipping them with practical skills in drone operation, mission planning, and simulator-based exercises.
